We will check electrical components & wiring. 

We will replace air filters. 

We will add ports into the supply plenums so that we can administer time-release chemical tablets to the evaporator coil to prevent drain lines from clogging and causing water damage to the ceiling and other areas of the house.

We will add the time release chemical tablets. 

We will also add any missing rubber insulation on copper line sets (up to 2 ft. in length). 

We will check condensate drain lines. We will check emergency drain pan for cleanliness. 

We will check to see if all Schrader caps are put back on refrigerant fittings, so that the refrigerant doesn't leak out (common issue).

We will check refrigerant pressures and temperatures.
